Client injured his low back when he slipped walking on wet stairs. He was unable to return to work as a truck driver with his permanent work restrictions. Client slipped and fell at work. She had a total hip replacement and was unable to return to her career as a licensed nurse practitioner. A carpenter slipped while picking up concrete slabs injuring his low back.
