A Mississippi teenager was tragically killed after being involved in an automobile accident with an 18-wheeler truck. According to local Mississippi news reports, the terrible truck accident occurred in the early morning of Tuesday, July 23 at around 6:36 a.m. At that time, a young Mississippi man, aged 18 years, was driving a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado on Mississippi’s Highway 30 in Lafayette County when the Silverado veered into the opposite lane of traffic. The Silverado was traveling eastbound and entered the westbound lane. In the westbound lane, an 18-wheeler truck, also commonly known as a “semi-truck” or “commercial truck”, was traveling down the highway and collided with the Silverado. 26-year-old Carlton Beard of New Albany was operating the 18-wheeler truck when the accident occurred. Logan Williams, of Taylor, Mississippi, has been identified as the driver of the Chevrolet Silverado. Williams was, tragically, pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The condition of Bears has not yet been released to the public.
